A team from Ambiente, a fixture of Czech gastronomy, led by chef Marek Janouch prepares traditional Czech cuisine using aristocratic recipes. You can choose from one of the meals warming up in large copper pots on the great stove; in summer, you can stave off hunger with one of the grilled dishes. Should you wish to couple your gastronomic experience with a visit to an exhibition in one of the three National Gallery buildings at Prague Castle, we recommend seeing art first – you will have a hard time leaving the Kitchen.
